Nature Coast Cleaners is actively hiring for the following roles:

Residential Cleaning Technician:

Cleaning private homes using detailed checklists
Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings

Commercial Cleaning Technician:

Office, facility, and commercial space cleaning
Evenings/Nights/ Weekend Availability Needed.

Team Lead (Experience Required):

Lead small teams on larger jobs
Ensure quality standards and support new hires

Residential & Commercial Cleaning Technician Role

As a Cleaning Technician, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services in homes and businesses while representing Nature Coast Cleaners professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services
Follow NCC’s cleaning systems, checklists, and standards
Communicate professionally with clients when needed
Take before-and-after photos when required
Report issues or concerns promptly
This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

Requirements for Cleaning Jobs at NCC

To be successful in a cleaning position with Nature Coast Cleaners, applicants should meet the following requirements:
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Valid vehicle insurance (spot checks may be required)
Smartphone for scheduling, communication, and photos
Ability to work independently in clients’ homes or businesses
Strong attendance and time management skills
Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working around pets
Previous professional cleaning experience is a plus but not required. We provide training for the right candidates.
